Terms of Service

By using the Vigilo platform you agree to these terms. The platform is provided under a fixed-term contract (12, 24 or 36 months) which includes hardware where applicable.

Reseller relationships

Resellers operate independently. Resellers invoice their end customers, manage installations and provide first-line support. Vigilo retains responsibility for the platform, hardware supply and Level 2/3 technical support.

Warranty

Trackers and cameras come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
